Unfortunately, the cigar lounge on MSC Divina would not allow cigar smoking. The name of the lounge is "Cigar Lounge" with bar and cigar sales. No where did they advertise that you could not smoke in the "Cigar Lounge" until you got on the ship. Very disappointing.

Lori got us a great balcony cabin over looking Central Park on Allure of the Seas-Royal Caribbean. This cabin allows you to people watch and listen to evening music if you're on your balcony. After the evening shows we would sit out there and just unwind for a bit, very nice. Keep in mind that there are people across from you, not the ocean.
At 7:30 AM , someone, decides that the nice calm chirping bird sounds should become loud music. I'm sure it's the party atmosphere they want but....it's early. I don't know if it would wake me up because we were alway up at that time.
We love staff on RC ships because they are always attentive. Shows are top notch and the aqua show is just fantastic. Everything was just as we had planned it...thanks Lori! Unfortunately, for Lori, I recommend her to anybody I understand is it going to be a serious candidate booking for a cruise. I do try to think through if they are going to be difficult. I don’t want to burden Lori with difficult people.

What a fabulous trip to Alaska! Every detail was covered from planes, trains and tours! Lori went above and beyond to make this trip memorable for all 14 of us! Princess Cruise Lines does a great job of moving you from one place to another if you participate in the Land Portion...it is amazing! Although I was ready to get home, after 12 days, I think a longer time in Denali and McKinley would have been a good thing, although, weather can sure change your plans on tours in these locations! Spending a whole day in Seattle would have been a plus (wanted to see the fish market!). But, not being world class travelers I have to say, this trip was well planned and executed! Thanks Lori!! We just returned from a family vacation to the Eastern Caribbean on the NCL Escape and it was AMAZING! The ship was gorgeous and we had such an amazing time! I may be a little biased, but my awesome sister, Lori Rieser, is the best Cruise Planner ever!! I had no idea of all the great details that she could take care of to plan our vacation, it all went so smoothly thanks to her help! I took one look at the cruise websites and knew I needed some help navigating them and planning this vacation, it was all VERY OVERWHELMING!! She jumped in and helped us choose the perfect port, ship and itinerary! And it didn't stop there! She helped to arrange all the additional things we needed, like travel insurance, excursions, prepaid onboard shows and even arrange hotel and transportation while in Miami. Whewww, she made it so easy and even found us lots of upgrades & special deals that saved us so much money! Lori stayed in touch and made sure all the details were in place before we traveled, reminding us up to the days before of all the documents to take with us, she's was always available to answer any questions we had. I now have such an appreciation for a wonderful travel agent, their business is to make sure they handle the details and you have a great vacation!
